Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. raw cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation

Place the cranberries, sugar and water in a heavy saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved.
Reduce heat and simmer until the berries break open and the liquid is reduced a bit.
Remove from heat.
Add cinnamon and orange peel.
