Potato And Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked, diced potatoes
    3 1/2 c. cooked, drained sauerkraut
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, sauerkraut and eggs.
    Toss lightly and chill.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly but thoroughly. Serve chilled.
    Serves 6 to 8.
