Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 c. shredded carrots (about 6)
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order.
Pour into greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
