Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. margarine
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs, toasted
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
4 chicken breasts
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. parsley
Preparation

Melt margarine.
Meanwhile, on wax paper, combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt.
Dip chicken in margarine and roll in crumbs to coat.
Place in ungreased baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
