Creole Rub - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. ground red pepper
3/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. ground bay leaves
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container. Sprinkle on chicken or beef before grilling or baking.
