Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
    1 c. onions
    1 c. celery
    1 c. green pepper
    1 jar pimento
    2 cans mushrooms
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Brown sausage; add onions, celery and pepper until tender.
    Add pimento, mushrooms and chicken broth.
    Put rice in large casserole dish and pour mixture over rice.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until rice is tender.
