Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head of cabbage
    3 medium carrots
    1 green pepper (optional)
    1 medium onion
    1 vegetable bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. Miso
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. oil
    1 qt. tomato juice
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper (diced) in oil until softened. Add carrot and cabbage.
    Add in tomato juice and water.
    Let come to a boil.
    Add bouillon cube, Miso, soy sauce and spices.
    Stir until cube and Miso dissolve.
    Cover and let cook on medium heat until carrots are done, approximately 45 minutes.
