Lamb (Irish) Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lamb chops
    1 small onion
    2 carrots, diced
    2 celery stalks, diced
    1/2 pkg. McCormick spaghetti sauce
    Gravy Master
    3 to 4 medium potatoes
    1 pkg. McCormick gravy mix
    parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add lamb chops to pot; cover with water.
    Bring to boil.
    Skim fat off top.
    Add onion, carrots and celery.
    Sprinkle parsley, couple dashes of Gravy Master and 1/2 package of spaghetti sauce. Simmer covered 1 1/2 hours.
    Boil potatoes until tender on side. Drain.
    Add potatoes and McCormick gravy mix.
