Melon Colada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 oz. light rum
    1/2 oz. melon liqueur
    4 oz. thawed frozen or fresh watermelon (1/2 c.)
    1 oz. cream of coconut syrup (Coco Lopez)
    2 oz. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Mix in blender with desired amount of ice for a slushy drink. Pour into tall glass.
    Decorate with pineapple chunk and serve with a straw or two.
