Cranbrosia Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw chopped cranberries
1 c. sugar
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
1 can (8 to 10 oz.) pineapple
1 c. flaked coconut
1 large banana
2 Knox unflavored gelatine
1 carton sour cream
1/2 pt. whipped cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine cranberries and sugar; let sit awhile.
Drain oranges and pineapple and keep juices, then add 3/4 cup fruit juice and sprinkle gelatine over them.
Over heat, stir constantly and heat to dissolve good and add to fruit mix.
Whip together.
Add whipped cream.
