Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    broccoli
    green onion
    cauliflower
    green pepper
    carrots
    grated Cheddar cheese
    1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Combine crescent rolls. Shape together like a pizza.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 on cookie sheet.
