Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. hot coffee
1 c. milk (whole)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large bottle red food coloring
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients; add oil, coffee and milk.
Mix on medium for 2 minutes.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat 2 more minutes on medium speed.
Pour into greased and floured pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until cake pulls from side of pans (about 30 minutes).
Let cake cool 15 minutes before removing from pans.
