Herbed New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. new potatoes
    coarse salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Boil new potatoes in their jackets until just tender.
    Drain and add remaining ingredients to the pan.
    Shake to coat the potatoes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
