Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ears fresh corn
    3/4 c. margarine (low-fat variety)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut off tips of corn kernels into a large bowl; scrape milk and remaining pulp from cob with a paring knife.
    Set aside.
    Melt margarine in a skillet.
    Add corn and remaining ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
