Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour batter onto hot griddle into desired pancake size.
Flip over to brown other side.
You can check center to see if cooked all the way through.
Serve with butter and syrup of your choice.
