Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. syrup (white Karo)
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. shortening or oleo
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add sugar, flour, syrup, butter, salt and vanilla. Add pecans and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes. The nuts will float to the top to form a firm crust that will brown nicely if baked slowly.
