Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18 oz.) bag frozen vegetables
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stack Premium saltine crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Cook vegetables according to package directions, adding onion to cook also.
Drain vegetables and add celery, grated cheese and mayonnaise.
Place in casserole dish.
Mix cracker crumbs and melted margarine, then spread on top of vegetable mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
