Rice And Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
6 large onion slices
6 green pepper slices
1 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1 can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
-
Roll chops in flour, then brown in oil.
Place chops in large casserole.
Place onion and pepper on top of each chop.
Top with rice and sprinkle with salt.
Pour tomatoes over all.
Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
