Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Russet potatoes, scrubbed well
    6 strips bacon, sliced 1/4-inch
    1 onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 stick margarine
    2 cubes chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 can evaporated milk
    milk
Preparation
    Fry bacon pieces in a Dutch oven until crisp; do not drain.
