Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon
    6 medium potatoes, cubed
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 small onion
    2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crispy.
    Set aside.
    To the drippings add potatoes, celery, carrots, onion, water, salt and pepper.
    Cook, covered, for 15 minutes or until tender.
    Combine flour and small amount of milk.
    Add to the vegetables with the remaining milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils.
    Garnish with bacon. Serves 4 to 6.
