Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. Softasilk cake flour
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    2/3 c. shortening
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
    2/3 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Measure all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
    Blend 1/2 minute on low speed. Beat 3 minutes on high speed.
    Bake in oblong pan 45 to 50 minutes.
