Peach Glow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. ginger ale
    1 (No. 2) can sliced peaches
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Open ginger ale and allow to stand a few minutes until fizzing stops.
    Add ginger ale to gelatin mixture.
    Drain sliced peaches and arrange in bottom of 9 x 5-inch bread pan or individual molds.
    Pour gelatin mixture over peaches and chill until set.
    Unmold and serve on lettuce garnished with cream dressing.
    Yields 6 servings.
