Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Blend together flour, salt and shortening.
    Mix egg, water and vinegar.
    Pour all at once into flour mixture.
    Roll between waxed paper.
    Makes 2 to 3 crusts.
    May be frozen.
