Shrimp-Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1/2 c. Butter Buds
    1/2 chopped onion
    few green onions
    3 1/2 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 1/4 c. raw rice
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat Butter Buds; add onion, mushrooms, bell pepper, rice, salt and pepper.
    Cook, stirring, until rice is golden brown.
    Put in Kitchen Bouquet.
    Add 1 cup chicken broth and simmer.
    Add shrimp and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, covered.
    Cook, covered, until broth and rice are cooked well.
