Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped fine
3 sticks celery, chopped
3 pounds of hamburger
1 large tomato, diced
1 can tomato soup
2-3 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1-1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon pepper
9 cups of water
3 cans red kidney beans
cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation

In a large soup pot put onion, celery, and hamburger. Fry together until hamburger is lightly browned. Add a large diced tomato, tomato soup, salt, chili powder, sage, pepper and water. Heat for 2 hours, then add red kidney beans. Adjust salt to taste. Cayenne pepper can be added for a bit more \"bite\".
