Potato Dumpling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rice or mashed potatoes
2 large eggs, beaten well
salt
little sugar
nutmeg to taste
1 c. flour (maybe a little more)
Preparation
-
Add eggs, salt, sugar and nutmeg to taste to potatoes and mix well.
Add flour; flour is added just before you spoon it into soup.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
