Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

4-6 washed potatoes (medium)
1 can mushroom soup
2-3 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Slice potatoes and put into a 4 quart casserole dish. Add mushroom soup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for an hour. Add cheese and bake 15 minutes or until tender (covered).
