Rosemary Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Arrange unpeeled potatoes in pan.
    Stir together the rest of ingredients.
    Pour over the potatoes and toss to coat.
    Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until brown and tender.
    Stir and turn once or twice.
