Texas Style Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless sirloin steak (1 inch thick)
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from the steak.
    Combine seasoning and lightly rub both sides of steak with spice mixture.
    Spray meat generously on both sides with nonstick cooking spray.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Spray unheated grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Place steak on grill and cook 5 minutes on each side for medium or until desired doneness.
