Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3 cups mashed potatoes
    1/2 cup flour
Preparation
    Add beaten egg to mashed potatoes.
    Stir in 1/2 cup flour gradually.
    May have to use more or less flour.
    Mixture should be similar to cookie dough.
    Preheat oil in skillet.
    Drop potato mixture by tablespoon.
    Let brown on first side.
    Turn, mash with spatula and let brown on second side.
    Great way to use left over mashed potatoes.
