Orange Velvet Cake(This Cake Will Melt In Your Mouth.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cake flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 egg
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk

Preparation

Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a large bowl.
In separate dish, cream shortening, sugar and rind thoroughly.
Beat in egg.
Add dry ingredients and milk, alternately.
Place in lightly greased 8-inch pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
