Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. meal
1/4 c. Niblets corn
1/2 c. sweet pepper
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tomato, cut up
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt seasoning
1 c. onions

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and drop by spoonfuls into a deep fryer. Cook until golden brown.
