Ham Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sherry wine
    2 c. ground ham
    2 eggs
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper, ground
Preparation
    Cook together the milk, butter, onion, flour, salt and pepper to make a creamy sauce, then add the wine and ham, cook slowly. Afterwards, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
    Then, form the croquettes, using eggs and cracker crumbs and fry them.
