Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large bell peppers
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 small onion, diced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 cup cooked rice
Preparation
    Wash and core bell peppers; boil in water for about 5 minutes, drain.
    Mix ground beef, rice, and onion together, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add tomato sauce and mix well.
    Stuff into peppers.
    Bake in oven at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes.
