Beat And Eat Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Place egg white, sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla in a deep small bowl.
    Mix well, add boiling water; beat at high speed until stiff peaks form.
    After 4 to 5 minutes, frost 2 layer cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
