Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 stalk finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. small diced onion
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper
    season with favorite Mrs. Dash
    1 c. chopped pecans
    crackers of choice
Preparation
    Soften cheeses and drain pineapple.
    Add other ingredients except
    chopped
    pecans.
    Mix
    well
    and
    chill slightly. Roll in chopped
    nuts.
    Wrap
    in plastic wrap, then return to refrigerator until ready to serve with crackers.
