Mustard Kabob Marinade - cooking recipe

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. lime juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. I marinate chicken kabobs with this sauce, but if you put it in the fridge, it turns solid again. I usually pour it over while it's hot and let it sit at least 30 minutes before grilling. Put aside what you don't use over the chicken for an excellent dipping sauce.
