Spinach-Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. frozen or refrigerated cheese filled tortellini or 1/4 c. dried tortellini
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. torn fresh spinach
    1 small carrot, shredded
    2 oz. fully cooked ham or smoked turkey, cut into strips (1/3 c.)
    1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
Preparation
    Cook tortellini according to package directions.
    Drain in large strainer; rinse with cold water and drain again.
