Ingredients

3 c. coconut milk
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix cornstarch\tand sugar together.
Add enough coconut milk to make
a smooth paste.
Heat the remaining coconut milk to boiling; slowly add the cornstarch paste.
Lower heat; cook until mixture
thickens, stirring to prevent lumps.
Pour into an 8-inch square pan and chill.
Cut into squares.
Serves 9.
