Zucchini Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    4 medium zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet until crumbly; drain well.
    Add tomato sauce, salt, oregano, basil and pepper.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Slice zucchini lengthwise 1/4-inch thick.
    Blend cottage cheese and egg in bowl.
    Alternate layers of zucchini sprinkled with flour, cottage cheese mixture and sauce in a rectangular baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch until all ingredients are used.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
    Makes 8 servings.
