Farm Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium potatoes
2 medium onions
1/2 green pepper
2 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped ham
1 tsp. mustard
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Parboil potatoes and slice thin.
Peel and slice onions, chop green pepper, broil bacon and dice.
Add the rest to large skillet. Melt butter in skillet.
Stir all gently.
Cook at medium temperature until brown and bubbly.
