Cheese Struedel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk. Spread 1 package crescent rolls in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Pinch at perforations to keep from separating.
Pour cream cheese mixture evenly to cover dough. Spread second stretched crescent dough over top. Brush with egg white over top.
Bake in glass pan at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Bake in metal pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
