Grilled Salmon - cooking recipe

salmon fillets
Parmesan
garlic salt
onion salt
Preparation

Catch a 40 pound king salmon fillet and put 3/4 in the freezer for the future.
Grill over charcoal.
Before putting on grill, season with garlic and onion salt and liberally coat top side with Parmesan.
Serve with sauteed fiddlehead ferns, sour dock salad, herring eggs on kelp and rhubarb pie.
