Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin
1 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
3 level Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. Carnation or cream
3 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon or less
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Makes 2 large pies, 9-inch.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then turn to 350\u00b0 and continue baking until done (total baking approximately 1 hour).
