Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Minute Rice, uncooked
    1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, thawed
    2 sticks celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of Cheddar soup
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. stick margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine.
    Then add rice and soups; simmer low until bubbles start. Then mix in thawed broccoli. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour melted margarine and milk into a bowl and mix.
    Pour over mixture; spread shredded cheese over and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
