Stuffed Avocado - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
1/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 lb. cooked bay shrimp
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 c. shredded cheese
1/3 c. white wine
Preparation

Cut avocados in half and carefully remove meat.
Sprinkle skins inside with lemon juice.
Mash avocado meat in bowl and add all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Pile back into shells and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve hot with rice.
