Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked slightly and drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. onion (optional)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. rice, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into baking dish. Top with buttered Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
