Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sliced peaches (Hunt's or Del Monte's)
    4 or 5 slices white bread
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 stick oleo, softened to room temperature
Preparation
    Pour peaches into glass baking dish (8 x 12-inch).
    Trim crust from bread and cut into 1/2-inch strips.
    Cover peaches with bread strips.
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Add egg and oleo.
    Mix well and pour over peaches and bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Serve hot.
