Swordfish Steaks With Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen swordfish or other fish steaks
    2 Tbsp. green onions, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 thin orange slices (optional)
Preparation
    Thaw fish, if frozen.
    Cut into 4 serving size portions. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
