Jambalaya Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 Tbsp. instant green pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 bay leaf
    2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 c. chopped ham or smoked sausage
    1 c. chopped chicken, cooked
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; store in airtight container. Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
